hi :) I got a country ham today and i plan to cook it in my crockpot this weekend so it is super tender. I wondered if anyone had ever cooked one in crockpot ?

I cook pork shoulder roasts in my crockpot all the time and they turn out wonderful. Very moist and fall off the bone tender.

I'm not sure I'd recommend that, Lisa. I don't think you'd get the right texture for a country ham. Other porks and meats work great in crock pots, but as you know a country ham is a whole 'nother thing. They're practically a work of art. :)
