Has anyone heard of "Plain" magazine? It has been around for along time, but I'm not sure it is still published. It is/was a real down to earth, homey magazine. My Mom used to subscribe to it. "They" always said they would never go web. I am looking for their address or Phone #, so...? simply, Julia

Clare, how do you know all that stuff? Plain mag did go out of circulation but back issues are available. I saw it on your site you posted. Sounds like a great magazine. Michele

I know the back issues are hard to come by. 'The Plain Reader', edited by Scott Savage, is quite easy to find, and has essays originally published in the magazine.

I think we should just call Clare, Oz! Maybe Her Royal Majesty Farmgirl of Oz?
