Farm girldom rocks my socks. This is cool and it gives me someplace to grow and stretch my wings. I said on my blog that this is my blossoming year and so far it is!
A warm and joyous thank you to everyone at MaryJane's Farm for making all of this happen.

Wishing you joy in small things and peace in your heart

I look forward to joining! It was easy to find where to do that.
Can I ask what you gals are doing with your patches? Do they come with the buttons on the pictures? That looks good in the pic on denim with lace.
I am collecting denim pieces and I think I may make a homemade jacket. In the meantime I am sure they have some at the Salvation Army store near me.
:-)

Linda,
I am probably putting mine on a denim jacket but someone had mentioned putting them on an apron.
I think a sash had been mentioned to so it's probably whatever you choose to do.
I'm not sure but I don't think they come with the buttons. Maybe we embellish however we want to.
here's the page I found for it with the information

I really like the buttons on the patch...don't you?
I'm gonna get excited about joining too!
I like the denim jacket idea the best...I think I'd wear it more that way. This time of year I'll be wearing vests under coats so that's a good idea too. I am in the Northest corner of PA and it gets cold here. A jacket is not enough until spring now. We have bikers that wear denim vests with patches on them!...LOL
guess I'll put lace on mine to look more feminine...LOL !

I want to sign up for this, too, but like Lavendar Fields, I have just had a very unexpected car repair arise, which I refuse to put on a credit card. Last Friday it was -14 Celsius here (which is about 7 degrees F) and I was driving early in the morning, and my windshield suddenly cracked, taking out a huge oval section from the lower edge. (It was very scary driving, too) The car is under warranty still, and I took it in yesterday to the dealer, who refused it, saying there's a stone chip there. If that's a stone chip, it's the tiniest one I've ever seen (like the size of two poppy seeds). Not what I needed a month before Christmas.

Hopefully I can join the excitement in the new year.

Lori- Oh my gosh! That doesn't sound right. Is there anyother dealerships around that you could take it to?

You should contact the company and tell them, it should still be repaired by them if it is under warranty. We've had big ol' dings in our windshields before and they all stayed put!
Poor girl! this is NOT something one needs anytime, leave alone before Christmas

The piece is still in place, but it's such a huge crack, I don't feel comfortable driving too long like that. If you can believe this, the service advisor said if it was his car, he'd drive it like that for the winter and get it fixed in the Spring. There are no other dealerships around, and the insurance deductible is about the same as the repair cost, so I just want to get this fixed and put this headache behind me. He said even if a stone did not hit me that day, all it takes is a small imperfection like a stone hitting there some other day, and the right combination of conditions (cold day, warm defogger blowing) and the crack could happen.

My son works at a different dealer and said they hate giving away warranty, they try to do everything not to do warranty work. Isn't that sad, with the money you pay out on these cars?

Sorry, didn't mean to hijack this topic.

I'm number 22! I'm not a denim jacket gal at all so my patch will probably show up on a shawl or poncho or apron.
