The cranberry cake recipe looks delicious! My family loves cranberries. Thanks for posting it. I'm used to using lots of butter when I bake, I'm a big Ina Gartener farn! The Barefoot Contessa uses lots & lots of it in everything she makes!

Oh my! Does that recipe ever look wonderful! I will have to make one during the holidays as we grow a lot of cranberries here in WI. I'm not a big fan, but in a cake, hey, I can do that!

HOT HOT HOT I just pulled the cranberry cake out of the oven and couldn't wait to taste it. WOW! it is awesome. I'm not sure there'll be any left over for Thanksgiving. Thanks the the great recipe. Mary

I baked this cake yesterday. It was simple to make and delicious. If you need a festive looking treat, then this cake is definitely worth making. Thanks for sharing the recipe with us!

Thanks for sharing the recipe. I just happen to have 8 lbs. of cranberries left over from this year's farmer's market. Sounds like a perfect way to use some. |
