just ordered 6 of each! the total carbs are jus' perfect for when i have a 'sugar low' .. to whip me back up to normal .. AND .. i will surely build in the amounts for my daily 'snacks'! (i will have to hide them from honey hunk .. cuz' he will have them all eaten in a day!)

Ooooh. CranApple Tart sounds yummy, as does the peach and mango and strawberry. These will be the perfect addition to our 72-hour kits and food storage. I will have a happy family! And a very well fed one!

My Boyfriend is type II diabetic and these would be great emergency food for our car kit, especially with winter coming on. These would be good burst of energy work out bars, stocking stuffers, hiking snacks,any time you are too busy to take time to cook something for yourself snacks. Good for busy new moms, who need a quick pick up at the drop of a hat. Just plain good.
During lambing and kidding season, I end up away from the house for long stretches and getting pretty cold and tired. Having a stash of Taskbars with a thermos of good hot coffee or tea and I'll be a happy girl.

Oh Darn! I was just out at the farm yesterday and I was going to buy some! Silly me! I guess I will have to order some to be delivered to Wyoming. I am taking a quick trip to see my family so that would be a fun package to get!

oooh...these do sound very tasty. And what is even better, these are soy free, which I need to watch for....usually these type of "power bars" have soy in them. They would also be a great "treat" for my hubbie because they are vegan.

Darn, I knew this would happen! I just received my order today, and I had ordered 2 bars to try them out...just ate the Cherry Cobbler, and it's SOOOO good. I should have ordered more! Oh well, next order, definitely have to stock up.
By the way, the wrapper states "made in a facility that processes soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts" so not sure if this is going to be a problem for you Amy. You could check with the folks at MaryJanesFarm on this.
