Hello to all of my new friends. I live in Chicago on the near north side. I am a farmgirl at heart and love to garden and decorate and write poetry. I hope to hear from any and all especially those in Chicago. I am 47 live with my husband Bill, my cat, Babygirl and Greyhound dog, Hootie. Hope to make new friends here soon.
Welcome Kelly - I've pretty new here also, but you will find that everyone here is very friendly and nice. I used to live in Illinois back in the mid-80s for a few years. I lived in Ottawa and we used to snow mobile up around Madison, WI. I have been to Chicago several times also. I moved back East because I missed the hills and mountain and all the trees. Glad that you are here.
