Have you ladies had the pleasure of experincing a tupperware party? Do they sell tupperware in the USA? I went to a party today and purchased a jello ring. The demonstrater showed us how to make a pizza in it. I was wondering if any of you own one of these, and if you do I would love to know what you make in it. Also would love to hear what your favourite Tupperware item, or kitchen gadget is.

my aunt sells tupperware, so i have been to a few parties. it is hard to say what my favorite piece is, but right now i am really enjoying my fridge mates. i store fresh vegetables in them and they last twice as long as usual.

I haven't been to a tupperware party in at least 10 years. So I don't have anything new. But as for my favorite: it's a toss up between the sandwich containers and the cereal containers. I use these the most. I don't have much cereal in the cereal containers. I use them to store brown sugar, baking soda, rice, confectioner's sugar and numerous other things in my pantry. They stack up and sit side by side very nicely. I could actually use more of them!

I love tupperware, but noone really sells it in our area anymore--now it's Longaberger Basketes, Taste of Home and Tastefully Simple--I'll buy those too, but I need another basket like I need a hole in the head!

Target used to also sell a select group of Tupperware, and they no longer do.

If anyone has a current catalog, please let me know!!!

Wow! Tupperware? That sends me back to my youth when my mom used to have and go to those parties! I haven't heard much about it here in Louisiana, but I still have my original tupperware popsicle containers. A pitcher of Koolaid works wonderful with them -- just pour in the Kool Aid, attach the preformed lid with attached stick and freeze. I also make vanilla and chocolate fudgesicles with them. Yum! Oooh. I need to go home and make some more. Now I'm hungry!

Growing up tupperware was "the rage" and everyone had parties. I can remember my mom having several. I think now with internet there are much less parties around. I actually have gotten so burned out on being invited to every sort of "buy stuff" party there is, that I am glad to see this go by the wayside. I hate feeling pressured to buy when the money isn't always there. I have had friends sell Cookie Lee, Pampered Chef, candles and more. The pressure gets frustrating after a while. All nice stuff, just hard to have money for so many parties. Tupperware is great, but I think Martha Stewart and Rubbermaid have pretty much equaled them these days.

Hugs & blessings,

Brenda

I love Tupperware..even sold it myself for awhile a long time ago. Around here you don't see Tupperware parties too very much anymore, but every once in awhile. I do know someone who sells it. We are for sure swamped with Pampered chef and Usborne book parties though!!

My best friend used to sell Tupperware. She said they were a great company to work for. I haven't been to a party in years. I had loved their line of children's toys.

My favorite kitchen toy would have to be my Kitchen Aid mixer! It makes baking much quicker and easier for me. My husband had it when we got married. He used to bake bread before we met, but I took over in the kitchen, so he doesn't used in for 5 years now.
