1. My husband has a job, yeah!!!! It is here in town, the pay is okay nothing huge, but better then when we were independently unwealthy (thats my new term for being unemployed), and there will not be a huge gas bill. Especially as we only have the suburban as we sold the van when he origionally lost his job. So this will save on gas, yeah!!!!

2. I got the best haircut today. First is is the best one since 8th grade secondly because today it was free, , free is good. But I love my hair, yeah!!!!

3. A gentleman that I do not know who heard of our ongoing struggles, sent TONS of groceries and probably 60 dollars in pullups over with a friend of mine and offered asssistance with utilites if we needed it. WOWtalk about a giving spirit.

Makes me wanna sing

God is good all the time put a song a praise in this heart of mine, God is good all the time in the darkest night his light will shine, God is good he's so good all the time....

I love that song. And you know I struggle and stressed for awhile and then last week, I just gave it up. I was done. I said God has never dropped us on our face, why would he start now, and managed to find some peace and all last week and now this week good things have been happening. I guess sometimes we have to be able to trust when we are way down in those dark valleys and then God's light can shine even brighter.

Thank you so much for all the prayers.
Amy

Oh, Amy - that is wonderful news. I am so glad that with all of the bad news that we hear about there are still people who live in love, instead of in fear. YAY for YOU!!!!!

"Independently unwealthy" hee hee!!! I've been there, and I LOVE the new name!

XOXO, Libbie

Amy, I am new and don't know you, BUT, I do know that God provides, and this so proves it!

May He continue to do so! I am so happy for you and yours.

Someday, perhaps you can bless someone else in this way and be their angel on earth.

Amy, love that song, "God is Good"--and yes He is! I'm so happy for you and for the song in your heart.
