I am always up early 5:30 is when I have to get up to get my kids to school and since the farm is one time zone away it looks like 4:30 am but is 5:30 to me

Okay Julie,
Thanks for adding me to group 2. The halloween swap was my first and was great fun. I would have signed up for this one sooner, as I saw it the day you first posted, but I wanted to be sure I would be able to meet the deadline... I teach art to homeschool students and last week was my first week for this school year, and I was pretty "strapped" for time last week and this week, but I am sure I can fit in this swap. I'm looking forward to it!

Cool! I am an Art teacher at a public school! I teach grades k-12! I see three high school classes everyday for the whole year. I have two periods of middle school that rotate on a 9 week basis and I see the entire k-4 one time each week! Can't wait to see what you come up with!

I'd like to get in if there's still room. The things I was working on for the halloween swap are really more "fall" related than Halloween, so I decided to do something different for the halloween swap. Sooooo, I have 10 "fall" items about halfway done, so I'm already halfway there, and I haven't even signed up yet! Sooooo, I'd like to sign up if there's still room. Thanks!

I am not in charge of this one willowtreecreek is I also think you are only on one list in this swap I think you where on both in the halloween one this is the fall one. I know hard to keep track of all the swaps all the time
willowtree if more people want to sign up you could make swap 1 and swap 2 have 11 people and just trade 10 items still just not make one for ourselves and that will allow more people but not have to make more items. But it does require a lot more work on the swap moms part.
When I do it this way I write everyones name on a 2.5 gallon zip lock bag as their items come in I take a photo lay out the bags minus the one the person whoes items I am swapping that time. That way I don't have to think about it to much also I write their mailing address on the ziplock bag and if they remembered to pay or not so I don't have to keep track of it all it is written on the bags for me and I can just look at the bags for reference. Also I put g1 and g2 which means group 1 and group2 on the bags so I know who is in which group to. You don't have to do this but it does make my life easier

Wow I go away for one day and now we are FULL! Cheryl I went ahead and just left you in group 1 only and let KTknits have the last spot in group 2. Thank you for volunteering!
Sunshine thank you for your suggestion about the bags. That is a great idea! I am going to keep this at 10 per group just for sanities sake! LOL! I'm gonna prepare an email to send to everyone. If you haven't gotten it by Sunday night let me know in case I miss someone!
