Yesterday morning I had to take our old cat Fluffy to the vet to be put down. She showed up here about 10 years ago and was an old can then so I figure she was late teens in age. She had been going down hill for a few weeks but that last 3 days she wasn't eating and just not herself so it was time. To make matters worse our other house cat started to loose weight and isn't eating, I know I should take her to the vet but $$ ar so tight right now (and it cost me $50 to hvae the one put to sleep) and I have not seeen my barn cat for 5 days so I am thinking something got her. I am terribly allergic to cats so probably good to get them out of the house but dang not this way.

I am so sorry for your loss :-( I will pray for you and yours and heailng for your fur baby :-)
You grow so fond of them it is hard to imagine your life without them. They all have their favorite spots they hang out or wind around your ankles when you are about doing your chores. Gosh, you miss them so very much when they are gone. I have spent many sleepless nights outside calling and calling to a cat that does not come home. It is heartbreaking to lose them. Vet costs seem to be on the rise and that makes it twice as hard too. I wish you happy memories of you special cat - I am sure another will show up quick enough, always seems to happen to me that way.
