That's going to be a pretty shawl! I love the fun fur in shawls~you don't need to do any complicated patterns, because it's so fuzzy it wouldn't show anyway, and there's something so cozy about them.
I love knitting funky shawls.. I use a wide a variety of yarns and huge needles so when i use a thinner yarn it looks lacey when I use a thick yarn it gives a firmer fabric so between the lacey and the firm it feels like ripples when you run your hands over it.. I need to do another when we move. debra
I wish i could knit --i love the shawls that are lacey. I keep telling myself "one day " i will do a pineapple crochet one. " One day " hasnt got here yet. I hope to do alot more on my shawl tonight . I have to stay all night tonight and part of tomorrow where i work so i can crochet all i want
Here are 2 of the quilts. I have one more that is on the sofa on my front porch covered with swap boxes, so didn't disturb it. My mother has one too. They are waaaayyy stuffed with batting, so they have good cushion if you want to toss on the floor and play on them. Lisa was cranking out these one Fall like crazy. Oh, yeah, I have another one in the bed of my Blazer~LOL
It's great for kids/babies to play on too! (or cats to sleep on , as what usually happens with mine........lol) No, I didn't get the Bee Goddess. Wonder who did? Seems I really liked that one too. Oh, and I've a much smaller one from Cat in the Hat fabric that Lisa made , specifically for the cats. Forgot how many I have!!!
