Recipe used from Ball Blue Book of preserving
Crab apple jelly
4 cups crab apple juice (about 3 pounds)
4 cups of sugar
To prepare juice:Follow instructions for juice jelly
To make jelly:put crab apple juice in a large saucepan
add sugar,stirring until dissolved.Bring to a boil over
high heat,stirring constantly.Cook to gelling point or
until jelly sheets from a spoon.Remove from heat
Skim foam if neccessary,ladle hot jelly into hot jars
leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust two-piece caps.
process 10 minutes in a boiling water canner.
yeild:about 6 half pints

final result it came out great I did a double batch and got 10 jars..
