  hi folks this is jo~ my head lettuce amazingly turned out perfect i had the first feed today! gee i am so proud of it. first time i have ever grown it, and i picked the first one wrong but the second one i figured it out anyways i wanted to share thet with every one i am as proud as a new mamma  ha ha! happy gardener i is today jo~

[/quoteHey Naomie, yeh i have found out that lettuce likes cool weather, hard to get all the time, but i have the evening shade in my garden spot here, so maybe try to plant yours in a shaddy area in your garden. I also found that u can plant it every two weeks, for a continues supply, but i planted mine all at once, so now there is too much for us. but there is enough people here to get it used up! lesson learned for me though, anyways good luck on your next crop k? let me know how u do Jo~
