I was pureeing my cushews up today to make bread out of . Does anyone else like cushew bread or cook with it ? It tastes kinda like pumpkin.I have substituted it for pumpkin in soup before too.
It is a pale green and white striped winter squash that tastes kinda like pumpkin. It has a round belly and a long neck usually. I like to grow them casue you got a ton of them off 2 vines and they are about the only squash the darn coons wont eat . Though the squirrels like the plants when they first sprout. aarrgghh!
