The local Craft Warehouse is having a sidewalk sale. As I was "pawing" through their boxes I found an apron pattern called Bloomin' Apron from Paisley Pincushsion. After they took everything off I paid $2.00 for it. I love the bib front and crossover back straps. I have some beautiful pansy fabric to use. Hopefully I get it done this week.

I love it, you will definetly have to post a picture when you are done. I have the shopkeeper apron pattern, but have not made one.

Another small pattern house is http://www.vanillahousedesigns.com/category/aprons/ I think the Absolutely Apron! is pretty cute.

The vanilla house designs are cute too.

There is really a great growing collection of the vintage apron re-designs out there.

I have a huge vintage sewing pattern collection. I am working on my dream kingdom designs collection of re-designs inspired by my vintage collection

HOpefully in the next couple of years I will be marketing them. I've got my name trademark in progress and register each of my designs in washington, dc in the copyright department.

Patternmaking is so time consuming especially when you are not only producing the pattern but the step by step instructions to make it...That's why I enjoy making the pinkeeps these days..it's a break from the serious part of my business.
