to all my new Farmgirl friends I just want to to say thank you for your friendliness and support. Since I found this forum I so look forward to logging in with my morning coffee, sometimes checking in from work or at the end of the day. Being short on family (just me and the kids), living rural in a new area and far away from my life long girlfriends it has meant so much to have your support, advice and feedback...especially during these difficult times with younger son. It's great to know there are kindred spirts out there and even though it's "just the internet" I feel the love! Thank you all just for being you!

I love this forum and who we can all be so supportive and loving to each other. Isn't it nice to find a place with so many kindred spirits?

MaryAnne - I see you are learning to play the fiddle too. How's it going for you? I left mine at the cabin, so I hope I haven't lost everything I've learned and have to start from scratch!! |

MaryAnn, Being so far away from home myself I do so understand! This has been such a wonderful place for me not only for the wonderful country connection, and the best friendships, but such a lifesaver for a homesick lonely soul!! I am so glad you found us and that we can be here for you! Have a wonderful day/night and see you 'round our wonderful farm!! Hugz! Talitha

Sherri I have come to the conclusion that if anything fiddle practice is for the Winter when I don't have a garden to be out int and all the other things that come with warm weather. Buttercup...you are soooo far away and in a totally different culture...whew...you go girl!

Yep, I feel the same. Sometimes I wish we were all neighbors so that we could gather up and have a nice tall iced tea and chat! Cindy |

MaryAnn, I feel the same way. Sometimes I'm away for a bit and can't wait to logon and see what everyone is doing and saying.
