Alee -- I've been going through the same thing for 8 years! My family is all in IL and I'm 2000 miles away in WA! I haven't been home in 4 years and am so homesick. I love living here because of the wonderful climate but I miss the flat land so much. Corn fields truly are beautiful to me. I'm hoping to be able to make the move at the end of August but my 13 year old is being a pill about it. She says she won't go and wants to stay with her dad. Don't know if I can leave her. {Sigh} Seems like something is always coming between me and moving back to my home state.
Now that you have your little one it is so important to be near family. I've always lived away and missed my nephews lives plus they all missed my girls lives. I say if you want to go then do everything you can to make it happen.
I really want to move to Wyoming!
