are available at giftwagon.com - if you are looking. Not actually vintage but repro-vintage. I just got mine in today...very nice.

Wow. Thanks's for letting us know about that!!! I've been wanting to buy more hankies, to rotate with the 4 I've currently got (3 I crocheted around myself, one I found on the give-away table at work). I prefer using real hankies to kleenex (unless I've got a truly nasty cold, in which case the hankies wouldn't keep up with my need). I just ordered 2 quantity of 12 of the variety of prints of hankies. $17.95 for all that (s&h included) is not bad at all!

Thanks Susan! I will check out the site! I NEVER go anywhere without my sweet hankies! I am know for my hankies tucked in my purse, pocket, scripture bag, etc. and give them away for gifts all the time. "More is Better" when it comes to hankie's !

Susan, thanks for the tip on where to get the hankies. I have been collecting vintage hankies for a while and have a couple of dozen that I actually use when I go to church or dinner, etc. I use Kleenex around the house or yard and save my hankies for the other times. Good to know I can get repros, like that style, so I can take them with me more often. Hankies are so much prettier than a kleenex.

I have so many vintage hankies! At my daughter's wedding reception, we used them as part of the centerpieces at each table. They were so pretty under the flowers and candles, and even her wedding cake was decorated with an icing hankie draped over the top. Love vintage hankies!

Oh, Jeannie! Your daughters wedding cake sounds so beautiful and clever! Just lovely! And the vintage hankies added to the center pieces! Sooooo sweet! Vintage hankies remind me of my Mother & Grandmothers. I think that is why I love them so much!

Exactly and thank you, Maryjane! We thought it was a way of having our grandmothers, aunts, and those who were no longer with us right there at each table. It was easy and I even made the ring pillow out of old hankies, too.

thanks - I wondered where to get reproduction hankies. I always see such great crafts with vintage hankies but I hesitate to use the real vintage ones. These would be perfect!

I love this site. I wish I had some extra money. I would love to buy my husband a new tie and tie tack. I want some new hankies too.

So...is there any reason why one couldnt use these hankies as pretty cloth napkins? I have a hard time finding cloth napkins that work well...I want cotton...hard to find. NO time to sew them...what do you think?

That would work great if you get hankies sturdy enough to take washing. Food stains might be hard on some vintage hankies. But the big, good cotton ones would be really cute!

Just to let y'all know. I ordered 2 pks of 12 (12 different designs, their choice) hankies last friday morning. They shipped within a couple of hours of my order. I got the pkg on Monday. It was 17.95 for both pks of hankies PLUS the S&H. That is, shipped by ground. It came from Texas, to Alaska. In one weekend. And they're just lovely little hankies. Someday soon I'll probably wind up ordering some embroidered hankies for myself as well. (A girl with nasal allergies can never have too many hankies handy.)

Thanks again for Susan for posting about this in the first place!
