Okay Kathi and Jessica, so funny, I don't know that I can get little pockets on either.
My fingers are becoming challenged with this. The embrodiery says so great.
Kathi, close your eyes, swing your hand around and let it plop on a piece of fabric. There you go girlfriend. HEEE HEEEE HEEE Who am I too talk, all of my aprons are a different fabric but same design!!!!!!!!!

No way am I finished yet. I have sewing around the edges of all of them, still have to put waistbands and ties on. having to decided what i want to do has been the challenge. All those fabrics, all those ideas, not enough time!!!!!!!

OK..
You will all be very happy to know that I have cut ALLLLL of my Mini's out tonight I hope I am still as happy with my Fabric choice tomorrow.. or i'll be 86-ing them! AND Mis Carol Sue!! MY Pockets are cut out Too Dear!! BEFORE I start sewing.. so if I sew them on 1st.. before I do anything else on the Apron.. i just may have enough room!!! & I think I have enough stuff for my Apron Strings too.. SOOooooo.. I just might start sewing tomorrow night!! i know.. earth shattering news.. But , Don't anyone hold your breath please .. i love you all too much to put THAT kind of pressure on anyone.. so.. We shall see what tomarrow nite holds!!
( Guess who made Dinner at MY House tonight? It didn't start with the letter 'K' !!!)

| oh, good for you. I found it was very easy to put the bottom hem on a whole row of them before cutting them apart...did ya do that Kathie?...yeah yeah yeah I know smarty pants again!!!! I will shut up and take my crabby little backside to bed now...cheers!!! |

| I have half of them put together, but all of them embroidered. I used tiny bias binding for the entire thing. Went around them just like I do for the big ones. No seams, no hemming either. I used the binding for the waistband and strings as well. It was only a little hard since it is so thin, but I just sew it a little slower. They are cute. |

I am planning to get the rest done today!! I have a few chores to do and then I will get them all done. These are really a lot of fun to make. I did not put my name on them either though. I cannot figure out a way to do it. Will I be done early? I forgot the day we are supposed to send them.
Usually, I am looking at how everyone else is already done, and I have not even started yet! Since I am off, I can finally keep up! |

No, really I have my supplies, I have my ideas, I've cut out a sample and that's about all the farther I've gotten. Guess I better get off my tushie and get moving on this one! Actually, I've been working on a couple of knitting swaps and I've been researching sewing machines, so I've been procrastinating just in case I get a new machine.

ok.. I'm a big fat liar of course.. & NOT finished!!
BUT... i think i did tell you that I Had FINALLY cut everything out a couple nites ago.. ? Well.. LAST nite i really did actually complete 6 of them.. SOooooo.. progress!!
My husband walked through a couple times on his way to another room & glanced at my progress now & then.. one comment was..
"you know, these seem to take longer to make then the REAL ones"
Naturally i told him to keep on walking!
Gosh.. How do they get so clever??
