Can someone please clarify this from page 73 of the Stitching book:
On round 2 it reads: "5 tr in center st of next ch-5 loop" I get this part: "5 tr in center st of next ch-" this is the part I don't get "5 loop,"
Then on round 3 it reads: "skip next ch-3 loop" I get this part: "skip next ch-" this part I don't get: "3 loop"
Is this supposed to be read altogether? Maybe the dash is confusing me? What is a loop?

on the previous row there is a ch 5 that is what you are crocheting around you might know it as a ch5 space all the same thing read together. start of strawberry in photograph ( a strawberry is a small pineapple if you don't crochet a lot that is a term you might or might not know)
same goes for next line ( meaning read all together)but you are skipping the ch3 space on the previous round not crocheting into it.

Great! I blocked the first two hexagons that I finished and they look so nice when they're blocked. I try to get at least a hexagon done everyday. I'll try and post the pic when I finish.
