Jessica: You guys look precious!! It's nice to see your smiling faces. I just put together the quilt from the swap we did last time and it looks good. It made it nicer now that I know everyone a little better. I am using it as a tablecloth, so I left the tags with everyone's name on them. I will make sure I don't get it too dirty so I don't have to wash it. I will try to post a picture on here when I figure out how to connect my digital camera to the computer.

Jess....the girls are so adorable and the apron looks fantastic!!!! Thanks for sharing.

Boy do I need to get sewing. Life is a little crazy right now, as we (actually, I get all the work to do) are putting my hubby's 95 year old grandmama in a nursing home. I have spent most of the week on the phone making arrangements, etc. etc. etc. Somehow life has gotten a bit messy at the moment and I have no time for fun (sewing)! Anyways, Gram has thrown out the last available caretaker and has called every agency in her city complaining that no one gives her a bath.....OY what a mess! Unfortunately we are half a state away from her and can only oversee these affairs by phone. Well, sorry to go on and on, but this is truly a sad situation. She is 95 and has dementia and we have tried to keep her in her home as long as is humanly possible. She has dis-owned everyone else in the family...claiming they all steal her clothes. So.....after a trip to Pittsburgh this weekend to facilitate her move, maybe life will settle down and I can sew a little! Sorry to ramble....no one else to talk to.........

Keep Smiling.....Bev

I am so sorry Bev..my grams has alzheimers, and she hates it that everyone steals her clothes, but no one actually does, it is such a hard thing!!

Everyone else, thanks for the comps!!

Gosh, Naomi, glad you noticed the craftsmanship of my new apron!!

Nash, I love the patriotic apron....are those all ruffles? Too cute.

Jess, the back is like the others. The ruffle goes up to the waistband in the back and then there are ties. The piece around the neck is like the one before also.

Kathie....maybe Lynchberg Lemonade instead of iced tea with this apron...just wish you girls could all come over...what fun we could have!!!!!!!

Keep Smiling.....Bev

Bev, I just love the lemonade one.... Sometimes things just speak to me... this one said Buy Me
So You've got Mail!

I started working on this one yesterday... still not finished, but maybe tomorrow. I still need to clip the strings.... ARRRGGG!

I do line them all... I just think they feel a bit heftier and a little bit more protection.

Jess... I went to Joanns to get some more of that Cherry fabric, but they were out. I may have enough left to make you a half apron. I did make lotion in that one... and well it is covered in a fruity scent now, and a little lasagna(I am Peanuts human napkin... I have no idea where he came up with this one.

Thanks Elizabeth!!! I will send it out this morning! I love that fabric....wish I had bought more of it! Love, love, love the strawberry apron! YOu do such great work....it amazes me that you would buy one of my aprons. I am starting a new one today...pinks and greens. I hit Hancock Fabric's 4th of July sale last night....can't wait to start that fabric...oh this is just too much fun. I am only sorry that I have not saved any of the aprons for myself...maybe the next one I will keep....who knows.

Jess....I am so sorry I have no more of the lemonade fabric...hope you can get your hands on some!

Keep Smiling.....Bev
