Thank you so much Bev...I am needing good apron back designs. I just made this very vintage apron that was going to be for suzyhomemaker, but it apparently should fit a person about the same circumference as a roll of charmin. I am now trying to take it apart and put in a panel. It is cute and has a fun back, IF you are a porch pillar! Keep on sewing!

That is so adorable Bev!!!!
& so cute that is has a matchimg tea cozy too.. The lucky girl will be SO pleased!!!

Yes Jess!! Why is it that these Aprons are designed to fit twiggy type girls?? I guess the "Vintage" patterns are still designed for those womne back in the 30's & 40's.. not us that have gotten exposed to generation "fast food" with the extra biggie size it girth!!.

ok.. SOME OF US ANYWAY!!
We won't go into any names today.. but KATHIE.. Is a large Marge.. Just so ya know!

OK, I honestly think that the apron I made would also fit the "fluffy" as you all call it.....as you can see on my dress form it is tied completely together.....but ususally the apron part is mostly in the front....right??? My dress form is Twiggy size....It is smaller than I am!!

Keep Smiling.....Bev

Very cute! I really like the RWB! Jess you lucky girl!

Bev are you going to make any more aprons in the same style as the strawberry one?

Elizabeth.. i was looking back through this thread.. & trying to find a post some one mentioned about where to order a Dress frame.. or what ever it's called.. I still can't find it!! I don't remember who it was! I am thinking she was talking to Georganne though.. i don't know why I am thinking Tracey.. ?? Anyway.. still can't find it.. but the site was really neat.. & the forms were so pretty!
SOooooooo If anyone remember's please help me!

BUT!! i saw back on page 13 an Apron YOU had Done Elizabeth!!
I can't even remember now if i even commented on it back then.. But.. Wow! What a strikingly pretty apron!.. I love those colores together! The black & red are just SO pretty!!
You all have to go look at that one again!

Here are some I have been working on. I'm not done with the green farm print one but thought the concept was kind of good, yes, that's a table cloth I teastained and cut up and used for this...then a screaming neon green one...and a big chef/little chef pair... :-)

Good morning farmgals! What a great weekend I had....(check my www.beehavenmaven.blogspot.com blog) I am way too excited!!! Anyways, I had a chance to do a little sewing last night. Here is my blueberry harvest apron. I think it may be my official apron for our future Bee Haven Acres Blueberry Festival. Once the 100 blueberry bushes that I planted this spring develope and start to produce (a couple of years) then I want to plan a big summer festival at harvest time....pig roast, music, crafts, campout, blueberry treats, etc...on our farm. And.....I want you all to plan on coming. I think it would be a blast! There I go.....big fantasies again. But, I think if you look at your dreams as something that is already happening, well then, it comes true! Sorry.....I am rambling.....I am just really pumped up today!

Keep Smiling.....Bev

That is so pretty Bev. Is that the same pattern as the one I just bought from you? because that one fit perfect.

Bev, I love it!! You just name the date, and I'll try to drive up and celebrate with you and yours!!! That would be a blast. I'll try to find some blueberry wine to bring, unless you are going to brew it yourselves!! LOL

Okay, I'll try again...

Okay, wouldn't you just paste the address of the location of the photo on the web between the "img" codes? Huh?

Nash, you need to park your photos on Photobucket then you can "img" link them here. Blogs wont typically let you link photos from them.
