I do, I do! I actually made one a couple years ago. I'll try to find the pattern, unless someone beats me to it...Judy

I found one on the lion brand site from an email I received. You have to register on their site to see them, but it is free. Some are knitting, some are crochet

Here is the link for a few:

I got one near the sugar and cream cotton yarn at the local hardware store/dept store last week. It is perfect. I will see if there are more when I go in next and grab you one if you like. It takes 3 balls of the cotton yarn. If they don't still have them maybe I can copy mine down on paper for me and send you mine.It was one of the free patterns on a tear off pad.

The pattern that comes on the Sugar and Cream label is an easy bag to make and my favorite pattern for mesh bags. It's fairly fast and works up great. I made one for almost all of my sisters this past Christmas.

The only change I made to the pattern was to put the handles on the sides and not in the middle of the bag like they have in the pattern. I found it to be too hard to put things in the bag with the handles in the middle.

Making the change was easy. I just picked up a stitch where I wanted to the handle to go and worked back and forth for however wide I wanted the strap, continuing until the strap was the length I wanted it. Then I just picked up stitches on the other side of the bag, making sure it was exactly opposite, and joined the handle to the bag.

Oh, you can also make a mesh bag using the knifty knitter looms (circular knitting looms). You use the hat pattern and then weave a drawstring through the folded brim part for the top of your bag.

We did these using recycled strips of plastic grocery bags and it makes a great bag for hanging onions in the kitchen.

I went to Micheal's to find a pattern no luck. I like the lion brand one so I am going to try it but I found this one online that is knitted all the others were crocheted. I am slowly learning to crochet, but love to knit. Here it is it's really cute and it only takes one skein of sugar and cream.

Thanks again for all your help ladies!

I grabbed an extra for you Mandi..it is crocheted though. This one is bigger and takes 3 skeins. If you want it just send your address to me by email and I will gladly send it off to you. When I was getting yarn the other day I figured I would ge one just in case you still needed it.
