Hi all...
I am fairly new to this site and I am loving everything I find on here. I am an Eleventh Grade U.S. History teacher in Baldwinsville NY. I would like to get a post card from everystate to decorate my classroom with. I want to hang a string and clip the post cards to it with clothes pins. I think it would be great for my students to see how connected people can be. I try all year to impress upon them the importance of using their voice for good and to be courageous enough to change the things they do not like about themselves or the world they live in. I have them write to veterans and soldiers and I think it would be so great for them to see how connected our country is.

Nancy.. In traveling.. i seem to have the best luck finding Post Cards at Wal-Mart of all places..

Thanks, to all... I ahve had 16 emails already!!! My students are so excited!!! I bought cute little colored clothes pins to hang the postcards with!

Thanks... School is out, on June 11. I will see all my kids again over the summer, we have a taco party planned for late summer after everyone finishes the final. I told my kids if they worked hard all year and they meet their goals we will have a taco party. I have 11th graders so I will see them all next year around the building.
