Krista, I love sunflowers and wild flowers. The wild flowers are always so colorful. The sunflowers stand so tall, like a soldier.

Love the shirt, Dianna! LOL That's cute. I took an intensive beekeeping course many years ago. They are absolutely fascinating creatures. And that's just the European honeybee! We have so many bee species. I always enjoy seeing the bright and iridescent green sweat bees. Gorgeous.

My wildflowers are already bringing in the beautiful bees! Everleigh and I planted some more seeds last weekend. Soon this whole area will be full of beautiful bee happy flowers!

I am doing my best to plant lots of native flowering shrubs in our new garden. I have also signed up to the Flow Hive newsletters & hope to one day have my own hive in our backyard. It brings me great joy to see the bees & the native birds making a home in our garden.

We have 6 hives at my husband's 10 acres (about 9 miles from our house). We are "renting" the bee hives from another company that cares for the bees. The bees are now enabling us to receive the Agricultural exemption for the "farm". It is interesting to watching the action at the hives.
