Those aprons and bags are darling, Heather! All of my Granddaughters sew for themselves except for the youngest. She will be eight this June. When we visit her this summer, I get to teach her to sew! But, she is getting a quilted backpack from Nana and Papa for her birthday.

I have finally finished crocheting and sewing the 2 dogs together. All I have left to do is add the hair and brush it! I am so close to having them finished. Once these 2 dogs are done I will start back on some of my badges.

Krista, I bought an over door rack for my projects at the dollar store. I put them into large baggies with all of the pieces that I will need to complete them. There are six hooks on the rack, so if I can't decide which one to work on first, I can roll a die and it picks for me! I have gotten so much done using that idea! I am always busy doing one project or the other. when a space is empty, I put in another project.

Thanks, Heather and Wanda! It has kept projects together and off the table in my sewing/craft room. I have been able to complete more projects because I know where things are. I have one inside of a closet, too. I use it to organize things like pieces of fusible foam and interfacings for projects, a small bag of patterns and ideas for future projects. I never have to search for something to do!

Nancy, I have a similar door hanging rack that used to be grandmas. I like to store the items I will be needing for my current project in them. Also I keep my special gel pens in the top one so they don't disappear with my children lol!

I finished several Quilt tops, a few I’m going to Quilt myself and a few that are going to my Longarm Quilter. Here are a few of them.

From a small group BoM from around 2016

From a 2008 triangle swap on former Block Central online quilting site (I am making corner squares for the border)

1 of the corner squares

Older 9-patch blocks I got at a thrift store (I am making these inti doll quilts for a friend’s daughters)

4-patch and signature blocks from an online seap - i’m not sure, but it may have been a MaryJanesFarm swap

Quilted sweatshirt jacket - still needs binding.

I am also pulling fabrics for backings for these quilts and a few more. Going to give at least 5 quilts to my longarm quilter on Thursday

Whew! What a week!

Farmgirl hugs,
Linda
