Posted - Jan 13 2010 : 05:17:22 AM Good morning ladies! Gratefully, my husband did some of the dishes last night. When he did so, he left one of my cookie sheets to dry on top of my favorite bamboo cutting board. When I went to put the dry cookie sheet away this morning I found my cutting board underneath now with dark moldy/mildew spots on it.
The cutting board is used for cutting fruits, vegetables, and breads only.
Soap and water scrubbing don't seem to clean it off. Any cleaning suggestions that do not involve bleach? We don't touch the stuff. Thanks!!!

We had a similar incident at our house a few months ago. Unfortunately I had to throw it away due to horrible warping. It was sad. I cried :p
