Jo,

I'd love your recipe for hazelnut biscotti. I've made biscotti from two different recipes and they came out very different, but not what I was expecting, although they tasted fine. One was dry and powdery and crumbled up when cutting it and I can't remember now what was wrong with the other one. I love the Nonni's biscotti's and so does my sister, I'd like to find a recipe that comes close to that. Do you have to use a special flour (cake flour? bread flour?)

Catherine -- Thanks for the recipe -- will wait for the bananas to ripen up and then will make immediately and eat immediately!! I love your blog -- how long have you been blogging? Do you like blogspot? I'm mulling over an attempt . . . . .

Visited your blog for the muffin recipe! Awesome, I just made hazlenut biscotti, and yet baked ANOTHER two loaves of bread. If I keep this up, George (George is my garbage guy who hauls everyone out of the ditch because they seem unable to drive in winter conditions STILL) will be required to haul my sorry self to work when I no longer fit into my car! Verry nice blogging Catherine.......... jo
