Holiday Summer Sausage
Prep Time: 4 Days Cooking Time: 8 Hours Serves: 5 rolls
5 lb hamburger 5 rounded tsp. Tender quick salt 2.5 tsp coarse black pepper 2.5 tsp garlic salt 2.5 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp liquid smoke
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cover well and refrigerate. Mix once a day for 3 days. Fourth day, roll into tight rolls. Place on broiler pan and bake 150 degrees for 8 hours. Turn 5 or 6 times. Keep in oven until completely cool.
