This is how I did it on my George Foreman Grill.
Parboil fresh green beans for 7 min.
Drained and patted dry.
Tossed with olive oil and Indian Blend from MaryJane's Ideabook.
Since green beans were parboiled they only had to be grilled until char-marks I wanted.
Turned out tasty; tender but firm.

The grilled green beans took out so good I am thinking about grilling zucchini squash next. Instead of Indian blend I will use my own Tex-Mex blend with real maple syrup. A little messy & sticky but should be tasty.

Marly, green beans straight from the garden into the pot - nothing better. I know you enjoyed every bite.
Krista, grilling the green beans was easy and they warmed up in the micro-wave good too.

Wish I would have seen this yesterday. We picked lots of fresh green beans out of the garden.

Thanks Judith. I am trying to think of different ways to prepare veggies for the summer instead of roasting them in the oven.
