Posted - Jun 20 2016 : 6:49:28 PM It is made with agar agar (a sea vegetable). The Chill Over powder is all I will use now. I comes with a recipe booklet. I just use it now the the same way I would use non-flavored gelatin.

Posted - Apr 22 2016 : 06:18:06 AM Yes, the ChillOver powder comes with a nice booklet of recipes. Once your read how it works, you can also experiment with your own ideas. It works just like other pectins do.
