Yes, the ChillOver powder comes with a nice booklet of recipes. Once your read how it works, you can also experiment with your own ideas. It works just like other pectins do.

It is made with agar agar (a sea vegetable). The Chill Over powder is all I will use now. I comes with a recipe booklet. I just use it now the the same way I would use non-flavored gelatin.
