Monday, I finally cut up my Fall Pie Pumkin and cooked/pureed the meat. Then I made a new Pumpkin bread recipe and it was super simple. The bread turned out moist, tender, and delicious! You know me and Fall.....It is always time to enjoy some Fall even when it is Spring outside! LOL!!
The only thing missing is my favorite Pumpkin Spice Coffee.. But.....I have three more bags of frozen pumpkin meat in my freezer to enjoy anytime I need a Fall Fix! LOL

I love the name of this recipe, Mrs. Davis's Pumpkin Bread. I'd like to tell Mrs. Davis that she sure has a winner of a recipe!

Too bad I can’t take credit for the recipe! Considering my last name is Davis! Ha ha. I love anything pumpkin myself. Glad to hear you have a new pumpkin bread recipe and it was such a success.

It's great when a new recipe is a success! I love pumpkin anything. Enjoy your bread Winnie and thanks for sharing the cookbook photo with us!

Holy cats Alicia! That is one big squash. Are they still tasty when they get that big? Can you imagine what they would charge for that at Whole Foods?

Wow, Alicia, that is one impressive squash!! That would make enough puree for many delicious dishes. Bring on the pumpkin pies and bread!! Works for me!!

Winnie this is awesome! I am working on our last winter squash, too! This was it when Isabelle chose it last Fall. Of course, she THOUGHT it was a gourd! lol!!!!

I saved some seeds and shared the "body" with the chickens. I kept the "neck" I can't tell you how many cups it is, yet!!
