I got this recipe from stir the pot on Facebook. It's good. I included the gluten-free option that was given

2 chicken breasts sliced
1 1/2 cups flour (almond flour)
2 tblsp garlic powder
2 tsp pepper flakes
1 tsp paprika
Salt / pepper
2 eggs whisked
cooking oil of your choice . The recipe called for coconut or olive oil. I used corn.

Mix dry ingredients. Dip chicken in the eggs and dredge in the flour mixture. Fry in oil. Serve with maple mustard sauce ( 1 / 2 cup maple syrup and 1 / 4 cup of mustard mixed together )

Very good.
