Posted - Jan 07 2016 : 05:47:18 AM Nicole, I have made shortbread cookies with lavender and they are fabulous!! Some of mine I also dipped in dark chocolate on half of the cookie. You are so right, they are not too sweet and ohhhh so good!! Rosemary sounds like an awesome idea. Another idea with rosemary that I have tried are sharp cheddar cheese crackers with chopped rosemary and a pinch of cayenne. These crackers are also not sweet but quite satisfying and a good partner with veggies.
