These amazing Shortbread cookies my niece made for me! They have ROSEMARY in them. Oh My...not too sweet, great with tea, just lovely. I think Lavender would work well, too.

Nicole, I have made shortbread cookies with lavender and they are fabulous!! Some of mine I also dipped in dark chocolate on half of the cookie. You are so right, they are not too sweet and ohhhh so good!! Rosemary sounds like an awesome idea. Another idea with rosemary that I have tried are sharp cheddar cheese crackers with chopped rosemary and a pinch of cayenne. These crackers are also not sweet but quite satisfying and a good partner with veggies.

Nicole I like rosemary in cookies so I was pleased to see the recipe for rosemary shortbread. I will print it out.
