So I have a pizza dough recipe that I love. However, I'd like to make some dough up and freeze for future use. Question is do I freeze it before or after it's risen? Also, how long can it be frozen?

Thanks
Lorie

Here is a website that might help :) I usually let mine rise, then cut it in half, but I'm pretty sure you can do it either way. And I usually use mine within two-three months, but then again I make GF crusts.
