Posted - Mar 15 2014 : 2:42:38 PM So I have a pizza dough recipe that I love. However, I'd like to make some dough up and freeze for future use. Question is do I freeze it before or after it's risen? Also, how long can it be frozen?

Posted - Mar 15 2014 : 5:03:49 PM Here is a website that might help :) I usually let mine rise, then cut it in half, but I'm pretty sure you can do it either way. And I usually use mine within two-three months, but then again I make GF crusts.
