Posted - Mar 11 2014 : 12:31:13 PMI just bought a good sized chest freezer and want to freeze foods that I buy and harvest from my garden. I find it works the best for our tight budget to buy things on sale and freeze them in individual meal sized packets. The freezer was a great deal and I'd rather freeze food than can it myself.
I could use some recommendations on the best books and websites for freezing. There is so much contradictory information and advice on the web. It's driving me crackers and I don't need help getting there! So could ya give a girl some advice?
