Posted - Nov 03 2006 : 3:57:48 PM I use it in a bunch of un-cheese recipes. If you do a search on un-cheese, you probably can find some. A lot of vegans use it to make cheese substitutions since they do not eat dairy.

Posted - Nov 03 2006 : 05:38:06 AM MMM! I just finished my breakfast where I use nutritional yeast everyday: sprinkled on my egg as it's cooking! I've been doing this almost every day for about five years or so and love the taste. It's loaded with B vitamins that are difficult for a vegetarian to get otherwise, so I love having it around. We also use it on popcorn and salads. Have fun cooking!
