I would have never known about this great stuff if it hadn't been for MJ's book, but what I would like to know is if any of you here use it, what you use it in and what does it taste like??

Love is to the heart what summer is to the farmer's year. It brings to harvest all the lovliest flowers of the soul. --Billy Graham

MMM! I just finished my breakfast where I use nutritional yeast everyday: sprinkled on my egg as it's cooking! I've been doing this almost every day for about five years or so and love the taste. It's loaded with B vitamins that are difficult for a vegetarian to get otherwise, so I love having it around. We also use it on popcorn and salads. Have fun cooking!

I use it in a bunch of un-cheese recipes. If you do a search on un-cheese, you probably can find some. A lot of vegans use it to make cheese substitutions since they do not eat dairy.
