I made some Blood Orange Marmalade today. I have used this recipe before with success. My husband tasted it and said that it was bitter and told me that I should add more sugar. Why I listened to him I don't know :) Now it is thick and gooey. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem. I was wondering if adding more oranges or maybe juice.
I would appreciate any help, I would hate to see this wasted. Thanks girls!
