Posted - May 21 2013 : 3:52:06 PM hi girls, i need help. i made 14 pints of rhubarb and fruit jelly. it did not set thick. i need to rebatch it. i saw yu talking about powder pectin. i need some thoughts on how to get this jelly to jell. maybe more lemon? any thoughts? thanks sherrye

As long as it hasn't been sitting out too long, I would guess it would be fine. My favorite hobby is jam and jelly making. I can't stand runny jellies, so whether I use powder pectin or MaryJane's chill over powder, I've always used a package and a half. Hope this helps some. Good luck!
