Hi Ladies!
Our fruit brushes didn't produce last year so there's no pancake syrup on the shelves. I have some nice bottled apricots that we're not eating fast enough so thought of mashing up the fruit, cooking down (hopefully getting thicker) & adding VERY LITTLE sugar then straining.

If it doesn't thicken "what" for a thickening agent?????????

Sorry I missed this post. I use apples for a thickener.
