Posted - Jul 19 2012 : 05:03:24 AM Well, I printed out the apricot hot pepper recipe that was shared, but my jalapeno peppers are so dinky due to lack of rain. As soon as I have enough, I'm still going to make it.
Has anyone ever made cucumber jelly? I'd like to make it, but what would it be good on/with?

Posted - Jul 19 2012 : 5:28:04 PM I have never heard of cucumber jelly...no cukes this summer anyway but I would be willing to try it if I get some cucumbers. Your little peppers may have the fire you need in small packages. I only use about 1/2 pepper.
