Well, I printed out the apricot hot pepper recipe that was shared, but my jalapeno peppers are so dinky due to lack of rain. As soon as I have enough, I'm still going to make it.

Has anyone ever made cucumber jelly? I'd like to make it, but what would it be good on/with?

In the south we make a relish with cucumbers, cabbage and green tomatoes, called Chow-Chow, (usually served with field peas or beans) but I've never heard of cuke jelly

Mmmm..I bet it would be good on toast with cream cheese. I bet it would be quite refreshing.

I have never heard of cucumber jelly...no cukes this summer anyway but I would be willing to try it if I get some cucumbers.
Your little peppers may have the fire you need in small packages. I only use about 1/2 pepper.
