Girls, I posted the recipe on my blog. I hope you like it. I have a friend that uses blackberries and I have her recipe...it is very good too. I have never made it because I bring the apricot and she brings the blackberry to all our dinners and functions.

Enjoy!

I did a web search to find my recipe and have used it for 3-4 years now. There were several to choose from at the time. Let me know if you are interested in my recipe and I will dig it out for you. It too goes great on cream cheese and crackers.

I have jalapeno peppers. Any recipes using that pepper? Even un-strained?

My husband makes a habanero jelly, but it is more like a marmalade with slivers of habaneros suspended in apple jelly. It is delicious on cream cheese and crackers!!
