Posted - Jun 30 2012 : 3:43:50 PM It's roots grow in the soil, but the kohlrabi and it's leaves are above the soil. It's in the cabbage family and very easy to grow.

Posted - Jun 27 2012 : 3:21:59 PM These patties look quite delicious! I have never had Kohlrabi. What does it taste like? Also love the idea of using squash to do the same thing too. I am always looking for a new way to use zucchini down here where it grows like crazy!!
