Posted - Mar 27 2012 : 06:14:24 AM I just started using fresh grated ginger and I've seen a variety of ways that people suggest storing what they don't use. I just peeled off a little bit of the root and grated what was exposed, but I didn't know if it needed to be refrigerated after that, or if I could just leave it to dry out in the open air.
Has anyone had any luck dehydrating ginger?
