Posted - Dec 24 2011 : 08:40:37 AM Well, just my luck, my oven died this morning. I was able to make cookies without a problem, but unfortunately it died when I tried to make dried bread cubes for stuffing.
I had planned on making Golden Stuffed Cornish Game Hens for our Christmas Eve dinner. Does anyone know if I could split the hens and saute them instead? I could probably fit the stuffing in my toast oven. I'd really like to salvage this meal somehow!

Posted - Dec 24 2011 : 11:32:19 AM Why couldn't you? They're just chickens processed at 4 weeks of age instead of 6 or 8? Fried chicken is THE Christmas main course in Japan and I think South Korea because your average house doesn't have a big oven.
