Posted - Dec 16 2011 : 7:28:53 PM I'm looking for new and interesting ways to prepare duck meat as a departure from "l'orange". Currently I've got recipes for honey basted duck, and greek duck, and I've seen some good idea for marinaded bacon wrapped duck breast.
Anyone have a twist of their own on a popular favorite?
